Deccan Chargers celebrate the dismissal of Virender SehwagSehwag has admitted that Delhi Daredevils' Explosive opening partnership is now more than exposed and they need to do something to heal this patch. Match against Deccan Chargers showed them telling DD "Yes we know how to control you guys".
Before the match DC said that special plans would be made so as to avoid any massacre by Sehwag and Warner and they did it. Sehwag admitted the lack of a good opening partnership had made their task harder.  “If you look at other teams, whenever they get a good start, they usually win the game,” said Sehwag. “In the last couple of games, whichever team has chased successfully, the opening partnership has done well. So hopefully Warner and I can give a good start in coming games.” “We wanted to get a couple of wickets in the first six overs and we were lucky to get Viru,” affirmed Deccan skipper Kumar Sangakkara.

Delhi now have one win in four games, but Sehwag feels the team is better than the results suggest. “We are still getting there. We are still trying to find a good combination for our team. Hopefully, we’ll get better in the coming games.”
Of those games coming up, the next three are at Kotla. However, with Delhi yet to win a home match, questions are being asked about the pitch. “I think it gets harder and harder when the wicket slows down and breaks up a bit, and the ball gets older,” said Sangakkara.
Well now that we are in a situation of do or die, no matter what they say and what we say , we desperately need a win.
